Working With Young Children
Caring for infants and young children is meaningful and rewarding, but it also requires patience, consistency, and energy. Our team works closely together to provide attentive care throughout the day.

Team Environment
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility.

Daily Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include supervising children, leading age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean classroom, and communicating with families and staff.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidates Are:

  • Patient, kind, and dependable

  • Comfortable working with children ages 8 weeks–4 years

  • Willing to follow safety, care, and classroom procedures

  • Able to work well as part of a team

  • Reliable and punctual

Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required for all roles.

  • Infant Caregiver

  • Toddler Teacher

  • Preschool Teacher

  • Classroom Support Staff

Scheduling Options

  • Full-time and part-time positions may be available

  • Hours vary by role and classroom needs

Training & Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Willingness to complete required training and certifications

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment

  • Physical ability to care for young children (lifting, standing, active play)

(Any state-required childcare training will need to be aquired by the applicant.)
